Daniel Walters is our Director of Youth and Family. He grew up in Zeeland, Michigan, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Theology from Trinity Christian College.

He lives in Lansing with his wife, Easton, who is a Case Manager at Bethshan Association in Palos Heights. He is an avid fan of soccer, Detroit sports, and most importantly, the Michigan Wolverines. He also enjoys disc golfing, snacking, and a hot cup of black coffee.

Dawn grew up in Lansing and has lived in Munster for almost 30 years! She attended Purdue Calumet. Her background is in the healthcare industry and is welcoming the career change. Dawn is married to Brian and has 2 adult daughters that live in Colorado. They are also the parents to 3 rescue dogs.

In her spare time her hobbies include photography, birding, gardening, outdoors and cooking. You might find her hiking the trails at the dunes. Her and Brian also enjoy fishing.

Our Meals Ministry helps us to Love God and Love People by providing for church families with some meals to make a significant life event easier.

Rev. Jim Hollendoner is the Lead Pastor of Munster Church. He grew up in the Southwest suburbs of Chicago, and has degrees from Judson University and Northern Seminary. His wife, Kari, is a NICU nurse at Christ Hospital, and they have three boys: Joey, Teddy, and Jack.

Mike Togtman is the Director of Worship and Technology at Munster Church. Recently, Mike completed a Bachelor’s in Applied Psychology. Through that (and a bunch of other things) Mike learned about what it means to have ADHD. Hannah Togtman (partner) is a social worker at Community Hospital.

Lisa Schutt is the Children’s Ministry Coordinator. She grew up in Dyer, Indiana and graduated from Trinity Christian College in Palos Heights. She currently lives in Highland with her husband and 4 boys.

1st through 8th grade girls group for crafting, community, and Christian education. Every other Wednesday at 6:30pm.

2nd through 5th grade boys group for crafting, community, and Christian education. Every other Wednesday at 6:30pm.

Soul Food is a bible study group that meets while our Youth Ministry is in session.

Coffee Break meets in the morning every Tuesday during the school year from 9:30 until around 11. Childcare, coffee, tea, and snacks are provided.

Our food pantry is affiliated with Love INC. Contact their organization to get connected to their network of resources.

Freedom Bound Jail Ministry was founded in 2001 to provide a Christian ministry to inmates in NW Indiana.

Knifty Knitters follows Coffee Break in most cases! They’ve made thousands of hats that have gone all over the world.

Our Youth Ministry meets every Sunday. 6th-8th grades from 4:30-6:00pm and 9th-12th grades from 6:30-8:00pm. Join us for fun, community, service, and getting to know Jesus better!

Our Outreach Committee coordinates volunteering opportunities in the community as well as events for the people living around us!

Our ‘Grumpy Old Men’ meet on Wednesday mornings to study God’s word together.
